I have just been to a crazy Easter weekend in Hamburg, and The Queen Calavera- one of my favorite places to perform in. The Queen is a small, cool bar in the middle of the Red Light District in Hamburg and inside it is the most lovey, crazy atmosphere with great audience.
Sven Petersen is the owner of the Queen, a good friend and has a wonderful and very real passion for burlesque. Every weekend he have three top-notch burlesque performers doing numbers every half hour. So it is fun with very long nights!
This was my third time here and it was the time with the nicest weather. Since it was Easter we also did four nights instead of three, so it was a fun challenge. It was me and the Canadian performer Laura Desire, and on the Friday and Saturday also the very talented and funny Hamburg performer Miss Atlantik Titty.

I loved Laura’s style and talent, it was very inspiring and also fun to hang out with her and her wonderful twin sister Sophie.
John Paul was also there and he was more alert than me in the days, doing explorations and a great shoot with one of our faves, Hamburg based performer Hedo Luxe.

So it was a lot of back stage hang outs, drinking of bubbly wine and talking burlesque, in other words a very fantastic weekend!
